Taxi itself arrived on time and dropped us off around the time it had estimated. Driver details were also provided before the journey to allow for contact. Sure, it may be a little more expensive than an Uber, but wanted to guarantee that someone would come to pick me up.
However, did receive three different confirmations of different companies being the ones to pick me up and was told that I would have to pay an extra £10 for a better car, with no real explanation as to why.
