"Car arrived on time (within a minute or so) but I had received hastening SMS etc approx 10 mins before this, which suggested an earlier arrival. I can understand wanting to ensure customers are ready and on the day, with good weather etc, this was not an issue. However, ideally, these messages should not come quite so long in advance and/or not unnecessarily suggest early arrival.
Driver followed a good route, to avoid traffic etc, for an easy journey"
