"Should have been picked up from the station in London at 9am. Was phoned by the driver at 8:50 asking if I was at the station. I said yes I was at the place we we had agreed pick up. He then said he was going to be at least 15 minutes late! at 9:30 I called back asking where he was (I should have been at my destination at 9:30) he said he was outside the Hyatt waiting for me!! When I said you were supposed to be picking me up from the station and how long is it going to take you to get to me from the Hyatt he said the best thing for me to do was to walk to the Hyatt!! Bearing in mind I do not know London, did not have a clue where the Hyatt was and have mobility issues so walking anywhere was out of the question I was furious. Ended up getting a black cab and currently trying to get my money back - will keep you posted on how that goes"
